80% of Americans support the legal access to medical marijuana . Are you one of them?

Dear Rachel, It's time to plan for victory in the 2011-2012 legislative session!

To advance our agenda, we need to be educated, organized, and prepared.

Medical marijuana patients, family members, and advocates will be gathering to determine:

What are our goals for the next year?
How can we work as a group to be most effective?
What should our medical marijuana bill look like?

Medical Marijuana Stakeholder's Meeting, Sat. Nov 13 Location and time to be determined.

Did you know that in some medical marijuana states, chronic pain is not a covered condition?

Some states have passed laws that don't protect patients who grow their own medicine.

Other states have limits on the amount of patients an individual compassion center can serve.

What do you think about these issues?

We need to get together and hear from each other to make sure the bill introduced next session is one we can all get behind.

The meeting will be facilitated by Americans for Safe Access and the Massachusetts Patient Advocacy Alliance.
